Avance Care South Chapel Hill, 98 Chapelton Court Suite 310 Chapel Hill, NC 27516 is offering sports physicals July 6 and August 10. There are no appointmetns needed. Time to receive your sports physical is between 5pm-7pm. There will be a 10$ donation taken at the door that will go to the NHSBFAA.
